Car for Sale: 2001 Satin Silver ATR Mileage: 118k being used daily though Condition: Very Good Modifications: Full Mongoose exhaust (including downpipe) with de-cat, standard manifold. Braided brake lines. K&N Typhoon. Location: Near Norwich, Norfolk Price: £2950 With regret, I must sell my ATR. Due to other financial and time commitments, I feel that the car would be best looked after by someone with the time and money to keep her maintained in the current state. The car is in excellent condition overall both mechanically and aesthetically, with very extensive service history to back it up. The car has been well-serviced in the past and in my ownership, I have lots of receipts and documentation for this. Since I have owned it, it has been serviced well. I did encounter a few issues since buying the car and I honestly believe that all of the major jobs have been done and this car will provide the next owner with plenty of enjoyment and reliability. I have some welding done on the under-side of the car (where the front sub-frame connects) with new metal and sealed up to prevent any more corrosion again. I had two new tyres fitted late last year and they are showing very little wear. I fitted a brand new mongose exhaust with dual 4 inch slash-cut back boxes as the original one was rotten and fell to pieces, this is a fair mellow exhaust when driving normally, but it simply sounds insane when you put your right foot down. The previous owner on the Accord Type R Forum spared no expense on this car. It as been really well looked after in his ownership. He had the rocker cover re-sprayed in a lovely "BMW blue", fitted Hel Braided Brake lines and fitted brand new brakes all-round, these have been performing great and still have life left in them. Wheels have been refurbished and painted in anthracite, Bridgestone RE050 tyres fitted to the rear and Nankang NS2 on the front (people give Nankangs some stick, but I think they are great for the money, honestly). The Bridgestones can be moved from the rear, to the front, if you prefer. There is a very slight curb mark on the front-left wheel, as I was texting while driving (idiot). Visually the car is very clean, I hate rust, so I have done my best to remove any, there is some slight rust starting to creep from above the windscreen, I treated this when I bought the car and it has not got any worse. You could probably just touch this up. The front bumper suffers from some stone chips and a scuff on the drivers side (was there when I got it) which I have covered with a a large R sticker, lots of people comment on how they like the sticker and don't realise that it is there to cover a scuff! There are a few age related marks but apart from that the paintwork is fresh and bright. MOT until September. 107,500 Miles- Timing belt, Automatic Tensioner, Balance belt, Valve clearances, Throttle cable, Water pump. 107,700 Miles- Spark plugs, Oil filter, Fuchs Titan Pro S Esther race oil, K&N Typhoon, Magnecore HT Leads. 109,800 Miles- Mtec discs, Ferodo DS2500 front pads, EBC Yellowstuff rear pads, HEL Braided lines, Motul RBF600 fluid. Since then- Two oil changes, new front tyres and other general maintenance. I have full service history for this car. I have so much paperwork!
